Listen in as I ask Morven about how Antipodes water is using social media, what results they are getting and what strategies they are using that are working for them.
Here are some of the questions I ask Morven, that you will learn the answers to:
1 – What are all the marketing activities you are doing currently, and what is your strategy to drive demand for Antipodes water?
2 – Which social media platforms are you engaging with mostly and why?
3 – What is the outcome that you are looking for when using social media for your business? For those who are trying to understand the full benefit of using social media for their business and what it can achieve for them, what would be the reasoning behind why they need to be doing this?
4 – How do you manage your time effectively when there are other parts of the business you need to also be focussing on?
5 – We discuss how to get a level of attraction and engagement, posting your own content versus engaging with other influencers and customers. Morven shares a great example of how her engagement with Lady Gaga generated a huge following and subsequent sales from one comment.
6 – We discuss if negative comments do occur on social media, that you actually have the opportunity to show to customers that you do care about them and have their interests in mind if you deal with the situation correctly. If you don’t have the social media presence, then you cannot participate and have your say in these conversations that are going to occur about you whether you are there or not.
